Carrier Terms & Responsibility

All orders are shipped FOB origin. This means ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment.

For oversize or freight shipments, delivery may require scheduled appointments or special equipment, and additional handling fees may apply.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are primarily based on the total weight and dimensions of the products ordered.

Returns Policy

Standard Returns (30 Days)

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or item damaged in transit), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured via a trackable carrier.

Restocking Fees & Exceptions

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Defective or Damaged Products
