Shipping Policy (Domestic Only)

  1. Shipping Coverage

    • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including the 48 contiguous states.

    • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may have extended delivery times and incur additional charges.

  2. Shipping Estimates

    • Shipping and delivery timelines depend on item availability and the selected shipping method.

    • Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout based on carrier schedules and your location.

  3. Carrier Terms & Responsibility

    • All orders are shipped FOB origin. This means ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the carrier picks up the shipment.

    • For oversize or freight shipments, delivery may require scheduled appointments or special equipment, and additional handling fees may apply.

  4. Shipping Charges

    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are primarily based on the total weight and dimensions of the products ordered.

    • Item weights and shipping classifications are listed on product detail pages and rounded up per carrier guidelines.

Returns Policy

  1. Standard Returns (30 Days)

    • You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or credit.

    • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

  2. Return Shipping Costs

    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped or item damaged in transit), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured via a trackable carrier.

  3. Restocking Fees & Exceptions

    • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • Items that are marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

  4. Return Authorization Required

    • All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

    • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  5. Refund Processing

    • Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of receiving your return. This includes:

      • 5–10 business days for transit back to our facility

      • 3–5 business days for inspection and approval

      • 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund

    • In many cases, you may receive your refund sooner.

  6. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

    • We will arrange for return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our warranty policy.
