When you select this option, your package includes not only high-quality fixtures or modules but also all necessary materials and components for a quick setup. This saves valuable time and effort on site. For example, a High Bay package might include the fixture, a motion sensor, and a pendant mount. This comprehensive approach simplifies complex orders.
We strive to accommodate projects of all sizes. Most products do not have a strict minimum order quantity. Some specialized or custom-ordered items may have specific MOQs. Please check the product page for details or contact your Dedicated Account Manager for clarification on specific products.

We manufacture high-efficiency monocrystalline solar modules. These panels feature superior PID (Potential Induced Degradation) and LID (Light-Induced Degradation) resistance. Yes, all our products qualify for various energy efficiency rebates. They are either DLC (DesignLights Consortium) or ENERGY STAR certified. Yes, we offer customization options for many of our self-manufactured LED fixtures to meet your project's unique specifications. Account Setup & Onboarding

To apply for a BSW Partner Hub account, navigate to the "Onboarding" option in our website's menu bar. You will complete a brief initial form to begin the process.

• For B2B Customers: After you submit the initial form, we will contact you with more information to finalize your new account. This process involves gathering necessary documentation, including terms agreements, tax-exempt forms, W9s, Terms & Conditions, Certificates of Insurance (COI), banking information, and detailed program specifics tailored for our B2B customers.

• For B2C Customers: The account setup process is quick and easy following the initial brief form submission.
Partners can apply for a Company account directly through our storefront. Access and complete this form from our storefront login page by clicking "Create Account" and then selecting the "Business Account" type. This process is available to both guest customers and those with existing storefront accounts.
For the Buyer Portal experience, your entered address automatically populates the Addresses tab of your pending Company account. If you use the legacy storefront, you or a Company user must manually add this address as a saved billing or shipping address during checkout.

Shipping & Returns

We offer various shipping options to meet your project timelines. Standard ground shipping is available, and expedited shipping services are also offered for urgent orders. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on order size, destination, and selected service. You can view estimated shipping costs during the checkout process.
We aim for your complete satisfaction. If you need to return a product or initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through our specific return policy and provide the necessary steps for processing your request efficiently.

Warranty Information

We offer a multi-year Limited Warranty from the original purchase date for LED products identified on the Seller's invoice. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects in material when the product is delivered new and in its original packaging.

Claim Process: Notify Big Shine LED in writing within 30 days of discovering a defect. Send claims to orders@bswpartnerhub.com.
We offer a 10-year Limited Product Warranty (120 months) on our PV modules, including DC connector cable assemblies. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal application and use. If your module fails due to such a defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price.
Yes, we provide a Limited Peak Power Warranty to assure your solar panel performance over time:

10-Year Performance: Your PV module(s) are guaranteed to maintain at least 90% of the minimum Peak Power at STC for the first ten (10) years from the date of sale.
25-Year Performance:
• For the first ten (10) years, modules maintain at least 92% of the minimum Peak Power at STC.
• From year ten (10) up to twenty-five (25) years, modules maintain at least 83% of the minimum Peak Power at STC.
If a verified power loss occurs due to material or workmanship defects, we will either provide additional PV modules, repair, or replace the defective module(s).
"Peak Power" refers to the maximum power (in watt peak) a PV module generates. "STC" (Standard Test Conditions) are specific environmental parameters (light spectrum of AM 1.5, 1,000 W/m² irradiation, and a cell temperature of 25°C) under which power measurements are standardized.

Preventative Maintenance Plan for LED Lighting

An effective preventative maintenance plan ensures your LED lighting systems perform optimally. Regular inspection, cleaning, testing, and maintenance actively prevent malfunctions, extend system lifespan, and maintain peak performance. Inspect and clean LED lights at least every six months. In high-traffic or dusty environments, perform these tasks more frequently.
Always use cleaning solutions safe for both the LEDs and their fixtures. Before applying any solution, confirm the LED fixtures have an IP rating of IP54 or higher. Do not wash fixtures with an IP rating lower than 54. Recommended cleaning solutions include:

• Water: A simple water solution works effectively. For best results, use a soft or microfiber cloth to avoid scratching surfaces.
• Mild Detergent: A mild soap or detergent solution is suitable. Avoid abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents, as they can damage LEDs or fixtures.
• Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA): IPA is a common, safe cleaning solution for LEDs. It effectively removes grease and grime and dries quickly.
• Glass Cleaner: Use a glass cleaner specifically designed for LED lights. These cleaners often contain safe ingredients like isopropyl alcohol or mild detergent.

Important: Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents such as bleach or ammonia; these damage LEDs and fixtures. Also, do not use high-pressure washers or high-pressure water, as this can cause fixture damage.
